The role involves working with high-profile clients and using innovative tools to transform legal processes.How will you value-add?Assist clients in areas such as operating strategy, process optimisation, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SG NewLaw managed servicesGather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal tech landscape review, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research.Assist in generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables or RFQs.About you:Education and ExperienceBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s/Juris Doctorate from a recognised university from a related field, including but not limited to: law, legal operations, business management, accounting, economics, information systems.Approximately 3 - 5 years of related work experience.Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is a bonusTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with Microsoft office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a must.Knowledge of legal tech tools and GenAI tools is a bonus.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.Familiarity in working in an agile environment.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
