A career within our People and Organisation Practice will provide you with the opportunity to work together with our people from different specialisations across the regions, ranging from organisational strategists, human resource, tax, regulatory to technology. Together, we help our clients to develop people and organisation solutions including formulating reward and performance plans that focus on their unique workplace and employees. As a Manager/Senior Manager within the People and Organisation Practice, you’ll be playing leadership roles in business development and building capabilities and team in the areas of Performance Management and Total Rewards Strategy . Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strong consulting mindset and ability to identify, connect with, and apply your experience to our clients’ challenges. Prior consulting experience is preferred
  • Excellent subject matter expertise in the areas of reward and performance, executive and non-executive compensation, incentive plan design etc.
  • Ability to lead large projects independently and provide meaningful insights to clients
  • Ability to lead, manage, and grow client relationships
  • Build and manage teams to deliver values to the clients
  • Create intellectual capital on subject of expertise for sharing with clients and the team
  • Collaboration and participation within a highly dynamic, diverse and inclusive team
  • Thrives on challenges and ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain of total rewards and performance
