We are seeking a Tax & Treasury Group Manager to oversee the Group's tax compliance and global treasury operations. The role covers corporate tax management, international tax planning, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years' experience in multinational environments, strong knowledge of international tax (OECD/BEPS), treasury operations, and a track record in managing global liquidity and compliance.





Job Responsibilities





Tax Management



Develop and implement the Group's global tax strategy, including direct and indirect tax optimization. Ensure compliance with tax laws in all operating jurisdictions (e.g., US GAAP/IFRS, local statutory). Manage corporate income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, withholding tax, and BEPS Pillar 2 compliance. Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities during audits and queries. Lead global transfer pricing documentation, intercompany financing, and structuring for cross-border transactions. Support group structuring, spin-offs, and IPO readiness from a tax perspective. Monitor changes in international tax law and assess impact on the Group.

Treasury Management



Manage global cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital optimization (DSO, DPO, DIO). Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan compliance (e.g., covenants, DSCR).

Implement FX and interest rate risk management strategies (hedging, natural offsets).
Develop and monitor Group investment and funding strategies, including intra-group loans and capital injections. Drive automation and digitalization of treasury processes (treasury management system). Manage dividend repatriation and cross-border fund flows in a tax-efficient manner.



Job Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics. Deep knowledge of international taxation (OECD, BEPS, transfer pricing) and corporate treasury best practices. Strong technical proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP tax accounting and financial instruments. Skilled in financial modeling, FX hedging tools, and treasury management systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-border teams. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in tax and treasury functions within MNCs or Big 4 advisory. Proven track record in designing and implementing global tax structures, managing liquidity and treasury ops. Experience leading tax audits, treasury restructurings, or financing projects. Exposure to IPO, bond issuance, or large-scale refinancing. Industry exposure to technology, manufacturing, renewable energy, or data centers advantageous. Experience across developed and emerging markets preferred. Build and lead a small team of tax and treasury specialists across jurisdictions. Establish internal controls for treasury operations, compliance with SOX/IPO readiness standards. Provide strategic tax and treasury insights to CFO, Board, and Audit Committee.

Support M&A transactions (due diligence, structuring, post-deal integration).
* Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills are an advantage (To liaise with stakeholders and employees from headquarters)
