Job Responsibilities

Support the TCGM manager in overall Management of TCGM (Total Chemical & Gas Management) operation at client sites.


Attend customer meetings, provide technical updates, and submit daily operation reports.


Lead and supervise a team of (6 Technicians) to ensure smooth operations and strict compliance with safety regulations.


Plan and execute daily TCGM operations and preventive maintenance for chemical and gas distribution systems within semiconductor facilities.


Conduct inspections to ensure chemical, slurry and gas system integrity in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).


Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, including pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMB) and Valve Manifold Panels (VMP).


Manage on-site spare parts inventory and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).


Monitor and analyze system performance, quality trends, and reliability data to support continuous improvement.


Coordinate with customers to provide technical support and ensure sufficient chemical and gas materials are available within permitted usage limits.


Train and coach team members, coordinate with Safety officers on required certifications and training courses.


Maintain high housekeeping and 5S in all TCGM-managed areas Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Keys Requirements

Possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or E&I Engineering Field or equivalent working experience in TCGM or TCM or TGM related operation or maintenance work.


Candidate with higher education level will be considered as Senior Engineer position.


Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.


Hands-on experience (operation or / and troubleshooting) in chemical, slurry or / and gas system is an advantage.


Basic chemical knowledge and experience on chemical or gas operations and understanding of P&ID and system design.


Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience in maintenance works for pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP etc...


Willing to work overtime when required.


Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with English and Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
