Job Description

Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist with strong sales orientation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions in accordance with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles Collaborate with physicians to create personalized treatment plans. Engage with patients, monitor progress, and drive treatment outcomes. Recommend and sell TCM products and wellness packages to patients. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum1-2 years sales experience in retail or healthcare preferred. Experience in clinics, spa, or wellness settings a plus. Passionate about TCM or healthcare, proactive, and customer-focused. Strong communication, sales skills, and a team player mindset. Able to work

weekends and clinic operating hours

(5-day work week, rostered off-days). Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
