Job Summary
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to support daily clinic operations, administrative tasks, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support basic accounting, daily records, and administrative documents
Assist inventory tracking, replenishment, and vendor communication
Support front-desk and administrative workflows; assist basic system setup and troubleshooting
Assist roster planning and manpower coordination
Liaise with agencies, partners, and vendors for compliance and operational matters
Requirements
Experience in clinic operations or medical admin preferred
Strong organisation, accuracy, and follow-through
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiar with inventory management, basic accounting, or clinic systems is an advantage
Proficient in English and Chinese
