:Details of the Division and Team:Our technology teams are responsible for the bank\'s complete information technology infrastructure. They develop and maintain programs that are required for the bank\'s business. You also drive operational excellence to improve the quality and functionality of our payment platforms. As part of the scrum team, you will be supporting the product owner in:User story gatheringUser story writingAcceptance CriteriaAcceptance Test casesBacklog refinementFurther, this role will be part of the payments scrum team comprising of engineers, functional analysts, and test specialists. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Design and develop new functionality and support existing Payment\xe2\x80\x99s system.Work with the team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis, and designTesting & reviewing other team member\xe2\x80\x99s changesDocument business and functional requirements in User Stories, design decisions and APICo-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality.Contribute to the definition of the future state of the payments system architecture.When product and architecture experience gained, mentor and direct more junior engineers.Your skills and experience:Minimum of 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as a Business functional analyst in Product Development Setup.Proven experience and understanding of the Payments processing system in APAC.Possess working experience in either of 2 of the following payment methods such as Pakistan RAAST or Singapore FAST/PayNow or Indonesia BIFAST or Malaysia RPP or Thailand PromptPayProven track record in delivery of functional & technical solution and/or requirements.Working knowledge and experience on ISO20022 financial service messages and API formatsExperience in sub ledgers and how they operate with knowledge in basic Accounting.Prior experience in agile & dev ops software engineering and possessing relevant toolset knowledge (JIRA, Confluence, Cucumber etc.)Proven knowledge in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development)Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer-Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience working in a cross-functional team and across the payment\xe2\x80\x99s domain in a project-driven environment.Analytical and organized with awareness of risk controls.Excellent communication and presentation skills with good Interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to synthesize, visualize and communicate ideas to others in order to explain complex topic into simple terms.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
