Global Network Services aims to position Deutsche Bank as a technology led company by connecting our Clients, People and our systems with stable, secure, agile and innovative network services. Global Network Operations delivers uses leading tools, processes and systems to provide L1, L2 and Advanced services support to ensure stability of Deutsche Bank.

Join the talented and passionate Global Network Services, Change & Recovery team. This team facilitates processes and ensures alignment with the overall bank policies for IT Change Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Bug Management for the bank's network services.

Your key responsibilities:

Change Management

Ensure that changes to the network infrastructure have met the pre-determined standard for risk, quality, conflict, approval and notification, as dictated by GCM team

Examine that each Change in the context of business requirements, approvals and schedules, prior to the implementation of any Change to the Network environment

Communicate major Network Change events globally while addressing Change conflicts with the affected Business Unit and escalations to ensure closure and resolution

Host global internal Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as well as participating/representing Global Network Changes on the weekly GT CAB meetings

Working closely with all the Network Support staff in identifies and rectify any infrastructure

risk that may impede recovery and report these risks to the Global Services Continuityand CSBC teams

Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery

Participate and support all annual Non-Financial Risk Management's (NFRM) DR/BCP, FED test and Landlord mandated power down exercises globally - each time providing an improved

solution to our previous year plan to return to normal production post invocation

Delegate BCM liaison between CSBC, Service Continuity and the DB Business groups with the assurance of a network that is reliable, secure, redundant and uninterrupted

Test that all Network 4 eBCM lifecycle requirements (biannual Call Trees, Business Continuity documents, annual awareness training and business recovery solutions test) are current in the eBCM portal

Ensure all Global Network team members understand their roles and responsibilities regarding emergency preparedness

Ensure all Global Network staff are familiar with their evacuation and assembly points,

business continuity plan for their department and their roles in a recovery solution

Your skills and experience:

5 years Experience working in IT in large enterprise corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments and Federally regulated.

5 years of Experience with software development life cycles or Infrastructure release management processes.

Relevant experience in Project Management

Relevant experience in a minimum of two of the following fields: operational risk management, regulatory programme management, information security, data protection, quality management (CMMI, ITIL or 6-Sigma)

Excellent analytical skills to evaluate problem, root cause and inform/test resolution

Soft Skills

Ability to coach non-direct reports to improve compliance to bank policies as it pertains to job

Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization

Ability to work in fast paced environment and keep pace with technical/operational innovation while being mentally flexible to change with new technology and policies

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
