Salary Range:


Full-Time Manager: From S$4,500/month (Basic + Allowances + Performance Bonus) Part-Time (Midday Shift): From S$1,400/month + Commissions Part-Time (Evening Shift): From S$1,600/month + Commissions


Meals Provided: Yes (Depending on shift)


Annual Leave: 7 days (for full-time role)


Rest Days: 4 per month (for full-time role)

Midday Shift (Mon-Fri): 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM Midday Shift (Sat-Sun): 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Evening Shift (Daily): 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Part-Time (Midday):


Mon-Fri: 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM Sat-Sun: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Part-Time (Evening):


Daily: 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:


Introduce and promote our signature tea products to customers Deliver high-quality tea ceremony and aromatic tea service experiences Maintain and manage tea ware, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage Assist in inventory tracking and monthly reporting For Manager Role: Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the tea artist team to meet business goals
Requirements:


A passion for traditional tea culture and tea arts Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service roles preferred Familiarity with various types of tea and tea brewing techniques Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team
