About Our ClientOur client is a leading premium tea shop that is expanding their presence rapidly globally.

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, ordering raw materials, ingredients, supplies, and merchandise, and reducing waste and spoilage through effective inventory control.
• Maintain high product quality and consistency by overseeing beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
• Keep the store in top condition, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
• Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets.
• Communicate with Operations Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines by conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Analyze store performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and employee productivity, and prepare regular reports to communicate findings to management.

• Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus. Training will be provided
• Financial Acumen: Proficient in monitoring store expenses, including labor costs and cost of goods sold, and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines, with the ability to conduct regular inspections and maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
