Job Description
- Prepare a variety of tea beverages, including loose-leaf teas, herbal infusions, iced teas, and tea lattes, following established recipes and brewing techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including serving area, and back-of-house storage areas, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality tea beverages and service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays
