Prepare and serve beverages (e.g. tea, coffee) to management and guests or as requested.
Stock up refreshments and consumables as needed.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including preparation of drinks, light refreshments, and other logistic requirements.
Clean and wash cups, utensils, and pantry equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms and office spaces, including proper arrangement of furniture.
Notify relevant personnel of any maintenance or repair needs within meeting or office rooms.
Support general work in production departments when required.
Requirements:
Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative in daily tasks.
Physically fit to perform cleaning and pantry duties.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
