Job Responsibilities: = Reporting Location: 31 Jurong West Street 91 Singapore 649037 The Services required are set out as follows: The service required for the Teacher Aide to support the following d Job Responsibilities: = Reporting Location: 31 Jurong West Street 91 Singapore 649037 The Services required are set out as follows: The service required for the Teacher Aide to support the following departments: Science (SC), Mathematics (MA), Character & Citizenship Education (CCE), Physical education, Art and Music (PAM) and Info-Comm Technology (ICT). Departmental & Level Work . Assist in the production of teaching/learning resources . Issue, collect and maintain cleanliness of teaching/learning resources . Perform filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes . Prepare certificates awarded by department/level . Scan optical answer sheets . Key in students' marks/grades into computer databases . Collate department/level surveys and other statistics . Update department/level noticeboards . Decorate the school for special functions and celebrations Teaching & Learning Activities . Assist teachers in classroom support . Assist in group work activities . Assist in coaching students with special needs or weaker students . Assist in outdoor and out of school activities such as learning journeys Other Duties . Update students' attendance in School Cockpit . Assist in administrative duties in General Office . Perform safety & security duties as assigned by School Management . Any other duties as assigned by School Management Staff is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information Job Qualifications: = The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: . Good communication and inter-personal skills . Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint . Must have worked in office environment performing administrative tasks such as typing and photocopying documents . Must have at least 1 year experience working in the educational or childcare setting, preferably as Teacher Aide in a local government primary school The school may request for the candidates to undergo an interview
