Roles & Responsibilities

:

Reports to the Senior Early Intervention Teacher Plan, supervise, and implement programmes for the class in alignment with the centre's policies, guidelines, and educational philosophy Assist in the preparation and execution of educational programmes that cater to children's developmental needs Assist the main class teacher in managing challenging children using appropriate behavioural strategies Ensure the proper upkeep of teaching resources, classroom arrangement, and learning environment Apply positive discipline techniques to manage children's behaviour and promote a healthy learning atmosphere Build and maintain supportive relationships with both children and parents, fostering effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or higher Certification in Early Childhood Care & Education or Special Needs Education is an advantage Passionate about working with children with special needs Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of responsibility and punctuality Approachable, proactive, and consistent in interactions with children, parents, and colleagues Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
