Coding & Robotics Teacher Empire Code Singapore SGD 2,400 - SGD 2,500 We are currently hiring a Coding & Robotics Teacher to join us. Polytechnic graduates with a keen interest in teaching and learning programming, are encouraged to apply. As a Teacher, you are expected to provide students with a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking, while addressing the individual academic needs of each student. Students are aged from kindergarten to secondary school. Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering math, computer science and robotic lessons (training will be provided).
• Explaining concepts in an engaging manner.
• Patience in dealing with children of all ages.
• Assess student\xe2\x80\x99s learning and provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.
• Good communication skills, collaborates well in a team. Establishes positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Requirements

• Interest to teach Minecraft Education Edition & Roblox Development Programmes, on top of other coding modules. Experience in coding is not required, training will be provided as long as you are a keen learner and interested to grow your career in the Tech Education sector.
• Possessing a gaming background would be helpful.
• Passion for educating children and if you have teaching experience, it would be a plus.
• Organised and loves working in a fun, engaging team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Candidates must possess their own laptop

Work hours 9am to 6pm on weekdays; 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekends (Tanglin & Novena campus) Full time: 5-day work week (Preferable for Teachers to work both weekends, or at least 1 weekend). Part time- 2-4 work days per week Company Overview Empire Code was founded in 2016 as a coding education centre. We have expanded since within the tech industry and now comprise of Empire Code Education for computer science training, Empire Code Launchpad for software development, and Empire Code Loves Back our social enterprise. Empire Code Education is a Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) approved private school, with teachers holding MOE approvals and Microsoft Minecraft education certifications to teach in local and private schools. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month Schedule:
