As a

Main Teacher

, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, learner-centred lessons to children aged 4-6. You will lead a classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration while supporting each child's unique learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive lessons aligned with Lil Changemakers' curriculum framework Lead and manage classroom activities, group work, and learner-led projects Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Communicate effectively with parents or guardians when needed Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to curriculum planning Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment Guide and mentor Assistant Teachers or Interns when applicable

Requirements

A diploma or degree in

Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, or a related field (a bonus)

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children (formal or informal settings) Strong classroom management and communication skills Passionate about education and making a difference Creative, adaptable, and proactive * Able to work both independently and in a team
