3. Competencies:

• Define objectives of learning experience evaluations
• Develop framework for developing learning experience evaluation plans
• Determine metrics to be used during learning experience evaluations
• Devise processes for conducting learning experience evaluations
• Evaluate outcomes of learning experience evaluations
• Evaluate learning mode storyboarding concepts
• Manage overall learning mode design processes
• Evaluate learning mode prototypes
• Guide the integration of multiple learning modes
• Review learning spaces to determine opportunity and gap areas
• Recommend improvement actions to learning space design plans
• Adapt risk assessment frameworks to suit unique requirements of cases
• Allocate resources within the organisation to maximise casework outcomes
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Determine coaching and mentoring models and strategies to be deployed
• Outline methods and tools to be deployed in tracking learner development
• Determine measures to assess coaching and mentoring effectiveness
• Select appropriate methods to collect data for learner profile analyses
• Develop framework for learner profile analysis reports
• Determine potential actions and adaptations required to address outcomes of learner profile analyses
