Job Description

Job Scope:
- Assist with managing student behavior within school premises (i.e canteen, classrooms, basketball court)
- prepare materials and equipment for experiments in the laboratories / classrooms;
- assist in typing/distribution of worksheets, books, notes etc;
- assist in arranging logistics for school activities / trips / exams;
- assist in maintaining / updating school notice boards;
- perform data-entry, record-keeping and documentation tasks;
- do stock take / inventory checks on items;
- photocopying or printing of school and teaching materials,
- assist with distribution / collection of materials to / from students / staff;
- cover front-counter (reception) duties, if needed,
- any other administration duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook;
- Possess minimum 1 year of working experience as a School Teacher Support in MOE school;
- Preferrably with experience in classroom management or working with children;
- Preferrably have experience working in MOE School environment;
- Strong independent and collaborative worker, able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively whilst being receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (option to extend till Nov 2027)
Salary: $2000/month

Mondays to Fridays
7:00 am to 4:00 pm
During School Holidays:
Working time:
Mondays to Fridays
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
