Candidate to chose either Aide 1 or Aide 2 Teacher Aide 1 . Prepare teaching tools (e.g. games, manipulatives) for Math lessons. . Record the borrowing and returning of items by Math teachers. . Check that the quantity of the Math teaching tools are in order. . Assist teachers (in the Math room and/or foyer) for the conduct of performance tasks and hands-on activities. . Provide administrative support (e.g. take photographs of student achievers and display on notice board, prepare certificates, and compile survey results). . Assist in stock management in Math Department . Any other duties as assigned by HOD/Math, Administrative Manager and Vice Principal (Administration). Teacher Aide 2 . Prepare teaching tools (e.g. measuring devices, items for experiments) for Science lessons. . Record the borrowing and returning of items by Science teachers. . Check that the quantity of the Science teaching tools are in order. . Upkeeping of plants/vegetables in the eco-garden . Assist in stock management in Science Department . Provide administrative support (e.g. photocopy documents, lamination services) to teachers. . Any other duties as assigned by HOD/Science, Administrative Manager and Vice Principal (Administration). Requirements . Possess at least an O' level certificate or equivalant . At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a school environment . Good communication and inter-personal skills . Possess positive attitude and dedication to work. . Be a warm and friendly person who enjoys working in a school environment and interacting with people. Other Information Work location: Jurong West. Working hours: 8am - 5pm Work commencement: Jan 2023
