Job Summary:





We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible tutors to provide one-on-one or small group instruction. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of their subject matter and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively, helping students improve their grades and understanding.





Key Responsibilities:





Plan and deliver engaging tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assist students with homework, test preparation, and challenging concepts. Explain complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner. Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress (if required).


Qualifications and Skills:





Proficiency in one or more of the following subjects: [e.g., Math (up to Calculus), English, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Standardized Test Prep (SAT/ACT)]. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education. For recent graduates: A strong academic record in the subject you wish to teach. For professionals: Relevant degree or professional experience.

Requirements


Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma


Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields


Job type- full time


Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
