Department: Group Risk Management - Financial Institution Credit Risk Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding process for new joiners, including but not limited to system accesses application and ensure proper filing records.
Ensure timely deletion of User ID and system access for staff who has resigned.
Manage and track user access reviews for all the systems including department shared folder accesses.
Assist the team in generating credit monitoring reports, performing data quality checks etc.
Periodic update to Fixed Asset register and perform Fixed Assets Verification exercise.
Preparation of department memos such as delegation of additional thresholds, Nostro Threshold monitoring and authorized signatory list.
Assessor of monthly CSA and control testing in semi-annual RCSA attestations.
Follow up of department procedures updates from various FICRM teams and publish to department folder.
Support and follow up all maintenance or replacement of department machine / equipment / stationery including putting up purchase/replacement/disposal order from IT.
Prepare expense voucher for invoice payments and ensure completeness of the reimbursement claims.
Coordinate physical files archival submissions to vendor.
Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Experience
2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years previous similar experience in the financial industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
An individual who is responsible, accountable, have a positive attitude towards learning and challenging duties.
Education
Diploma or equivalent
The role of a team administrator involves managing all housekeeping matters for the team, such as staff onboarding/offboarding, system access set-up, trouble-shooting etc, inventory safekeeping, timely preparation of reports and conducting monthly/quarterly/half-yearly reviews &/or testing, filing of reports/records, arranging business-related travel and accommodation reservations if necessary.
This team admin support should have pre-requisites such as good interpersonal skills, detailed, highly organized, work well under pressure and possess the ability to multitask in an effective manner.
