[What the role is]

Head, Commercial Leasing




You will lead a team in the implementation and management of leasing strategies for a portfolio of commercial properties to optimise their uses for the economic and social development of Singapore

[What you will be working on]

Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback/appeals Develop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation to enhance their experience and balance stakeholders' interests Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective leasing strategies for the portfolio Formulate and review leasing policies and processes Manage the team's functioning to a high standard; ensure expedient follow-up on matters with proper documentation; and provide regular reporting to management

[What we are looking for]

At least 8 years of working experience in the real estate industry and prior experience in supervisory role will be preferred Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills * Meticulous, analytical and driven
