Drive and manage downstream impacts in all system projects, migrations, enhancements, and new system initiatives for credit function.
Steer Gen AI projects for CBG credit from conception to deployments to enhance system capabilities ensuring alignment with business goals.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of credit decision rules and collection strategy in credit owned systems of consumer banking business ensuring compliance to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and Identify opportunities to streamline credit processes through system enhancements, automation, or workflow optimization, aiming to increase efficiency.
  • Drive and manage downstream impacts in all system projects, migrations, enhancements, and new system initiatives for credit function.
  • Steer Gen AI projects for CBG credit from conception to deployments to enhance system capabilities ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and transformation team to integrate Gen AI solutions into existing system architectures.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and updates of credit systems and optimizing system performance.
  • Work closely with cross-function stakeholders on system requirements and guiding them to achieve most effective system solution.
  • Assess risks associated with credit systems, implement controls to mitigate risks, establish best-in-class standards on system testing.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of credit systems and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in banking, finance, technology or relevant
  • Strong understanding of credit processes for consumer business
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum 8 years in consumer banking business with proven experience on managing credit systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lead a team with transformational mindset and minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, detailed, and logical in thought process; able to articulate clearly and have good communication skills.
  • Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
