Position Reporting to head of department, the Team Head of Digital Factory development team, is a motivated hands-on expert, leading a group of business analysts and developers to successfully implement and maintain web applications. The Team is in charge of deliverying business orchestration and business process management solutions to support the bank digital transformation. Mission : On a portfolio of applications and transversal projects, you will propose, design, develop and document solutions while ensuring high level of quality. You will guarantee the alignment between users’ needs and products delivered (in-house solutions). Within a fully integrated team, you will intervene during the entire project life cycle.

Main responsibilities Main responsibilities of the role:
  • Manage the team, develop expertise of people and promote cohesion and teamwork.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of a portfolio of systems / applications (escalation point for support, management of products & projects)
  • In coordination with project teams, manage project lifecycle from inception, elaboration, construction until product release.
  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Ensure that all activities under your team’s responsibility are performed on schedule within quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams (support, production), development managers and counterparts at head office in order to ensure reliability of the deliveries and stability of the run.
  • Ensure the respect of CACIB code of conduct and compliance rules within the team
  • Contribute to initiatives managed at department level (continuous improvement, innovation…)
  • Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
  • Confront issues, manage schedules, priorities and risks involving all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Profile This position requires 8+ years of relevant experiences in the IT industry with at least 3 years in projects and people management, supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment. Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge in .Net digital solutions with knowledge of functional banking aspects, able to propose solutions to the business with a ‘consulting’ approach
  • Experience in IT projects management and all phases of SDLC
  • Exposure to support business applications
  • Experience in coordination between IT business lines, IT teams (various locations) and ability to do good stakeholders management
  • Hands-on experience in leading development teams
  • Proactive and problem solving attitude, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in team management of 5-15 headcount Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management
  • Ability identify and determine solutions to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks
