Job Description
Responsible for managing the Team with focus on targeted segment (i.e. Key clients). BODs, Management Staff accounts and UHNW clients who have a Strategic and Significant Banking relationship with the bank but are currently underbanked and underserved.
Responsibilities:
Team Head Leadership and Management Client portfolio Management Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to deliver high service and competencies levels to increase the level of "Visibility" of the private banking proposition. Targeted approach for AUM and Revenue growth
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Holder 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience Possess / Pass the requisite licenses as stipulated by the regulators Strong client relationship management background Strong Market knowledge Good interpersonal skills Organizational awareness and understanding Problem solver and good situation awareness Entrepreneur mindset Able to manage a diverse set of clientle base to execute the Bar Bell approach
