Local Unit & Position Description:
The Team Lead will work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture. You will direct service line activities and drive technical competence development within the team aligned with the DNV Energy Systems strategy. As the Team Lead for Asset Management, Transmission & Distribution Technologies, you will have a focus on delivery and utilization, as well as gaining efficiency within the team. You will partner with Key Account Managers and many different stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience, while stimulating collaboration within your team as well across the organization.


Primary tasks of this role:

• Ensure an efficient & consistent delivery of services in line with customer expectations.
• Optimize business performance through delivery management, cost-efficient business operations, improvement of the utilization rate and an aligned workforce plan.
• Empower employees and encourage employability and individual growth.
• Create a flexible workforce and automates workflows to deal with variable workload.

• Build and strengthen a strong internal culture based on company\xe2\x80\x99s values.
• Support the Head of Department in strategy and decision making.
• Stimulate a high performing culture, set direction, is output driven and act as a role model for an inspiring employee experience.
• Ensure that employees have the required technical competences and owns the pipeline for technical talent.
• Promote team capabilities internally and externally.

• Own talent pipeline and development of technical talent/future needed capabilities.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.

• An interest in, and at least 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of, managing a technical team, with the proven ability of developing a high-performance culture in a fast-paced changing complex and ambiguous environment.
• Proven leadership skills to engage, develop and motivate employees.
• Have a good understanding of Asset Management concepts and the operations of transmission and distribution network / equipment.
• Good understanding of the market / industry drivers and challenges (market foresight), exceptional commercial awareness, good and proven business development ability within this sector.
