It facilitates the development of infrastructure, adoption of technology, and upgrading of skills in the financial industry.Join us now, if you have a genuine interest in making an impact to help shape Singapore's economic and financial landscape.[What you will be working on]You will lead a dynamic team that drives the next generation of cross border digital payment solutions to anchor Singapore's position as a global payments hub, through policy and infrastructure projects with other central banks and with the industry. This will include:Collaborating with financial institutions, foreign regulators and international organisations to expand Singapore's cross-border payments connectivity network via bilateral and multilateral infrastructure projects.Developing and refining relevant policies and frameworks for better governance and risk management of our cross-border linkages.Pursuing and building strategic relationships with key corporates in target sectors, as well as with our foreign regulator counterparts.Driving greater cross-border data connectivity in financial services through bilateral and multilateral digital economy agreements and initiatives.Crafting medium to longer-term strategies for the next phase of MAS' payments roadmap - crystallising our vision for Singapore's position as a payments and digital asset hub.[What we are looking for]Keen interest in the payments sector.Relevant experience in international relations, financial services or public policy will be advantageous.Team player with good networking skills and excellent organisational skills.Strong analytical competence with the capacity to synthesise value from rapidly changing and diverse sources.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong understanding of trends and developments in the payments landscape.As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
