Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare analytical reports/ presentations for wide range of internal and external clients & execute research commissioned by the HQ and the Branch management & the various BUs.


2. Track major local economic indicators & policies and analyse their impact on financial markets& the Bank's businesses and provide views on data, important events, and economic & industry development trends.


3. Develop local macroeconomics and policy research. Take hold in Singapore market, continuing in deepen green finance, Fintech, Sino-Singapore cooperation, regional economic and trade cooperation, and the research of Singapore local economics and industrial development etc., provide prospective, thoughtful, pragmatic research and reports.


4. Lead team of Researcher to carry out Macroeconomics research & industry research, which are used for the Bank's strategic planning and business development in a timely manner with high quality.


5. Lead various researches and prepare writing materials to support strategic business needs.

Requirements:

1. Preferred experienced in local or China's macroeconomics and policy research. At least 5 year related working experience in financial industry.


2. Strong written and communication skills in both Chinese and English in order to communicate with counterparts from Head Office and overseas Branches. Demonstrate ability to write related reports and create presentations independently.


3. Good communication skills and a good team work player.


4. Have a good knowledge of databases, able to use various statistical tools and demonstrate strong data visualization skills.


5. Master degree and above is preferred.
