Please note that legitimate emails will always come from a \'perkinelmer.com\' email address.What is Recruitment Fraud?Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through e-mails or social sites by an individual claiming to be from the company. These fraudsters often request recipients to complete employment forms requiring that you provide your personal identifying information. The scammer may even conduct an "interview" with the job seeker through a virtual conferencing platform and will often request that the job seeker make a payment as part of their fake recruiting process.How to identify Recruitment Fraud?Please note that PerkinElmer DOES NOT:

• Send job offers from free email providers such as Yahoo, Google, etc. Some scammers try to use email addresses that have PerkinElmer in the name, such as

, however, these are not legitimate emails. * Present job offers without an employment application, an interview and a discussion with the hiring manager.

• Request payments or any type of personal data, such as credit card information, from prospective candidates for employment.
• Authorize anyone to collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at PerkinElmer.
• Require background screening on job applicants prior to being interviewed. All background screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable law and at appropriate times during the recruitment process, not prior to an interview.

• Participate in scheduled meetings with the team and manufacturing department to resolve support issues related to build plans
• Plan and make the best use of all resources available, including manpower and space.
• Set warehouse policies and procedures, ensure that warehouse employees follow the policies and safety regulations.
• Provide appropriate training to all warehouse personnel to ensure that the team members are able to carry out their functions in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner. Includes training MRP training for data entry
• Responsible for carrying process studies, implementation of systems and executing them for constant work improvements
• Ensure proper handling of controlled materials e.g. materials with shelf life or requiring special storage conditions
• Ensure stock count accuracy by carrying out regular weekly/monthly cycle count and reconciliation
• Carry out inventory stock taking management and ensure the accuracy of inventory stocks
• Perform Annual Physical Inventory exercise and ensure acceptable levels of parts and absolute dollar value accuracy
• Ensure proper disposal of scrap materials
• Lead activities to ensure compliance to trade regulations, customs regulations, ISO and SOX
• Perform Risk Assessment and take actions to ensure a safe working environment
• Carry out and drive continuous improvement in performance and customer/employee satisfaction
• Lead in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time
• Participate in EHS implementation and support ISO9001/14001/ISO45001/13485 activities
• Any other adhoc duties assigned
