DESIGNATION : Team leader (OB Products Sourcing)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely and support sourcing manager to source and launch new products
- Maintain supplier and product database including product specification and certification
- Monitor stock holding
- Manage and liaise with suppliers on re-ordering and delivery schedule
- Plan and monitor overseas shipment ETA
- Facilitate settlement of invoices
- Monitor and review product performance and its life cycle
- Interact with cross-functional team and support system/process requirements to manage product and stock holdings
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives/projects
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup)
- Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Must be open to travel between Ubi and Joo Koon
OTHER INFORMATION
Location: Ubi - might have to based in Joo Koon eventually
