Job Description


Role & Responsibilities:
You\'ll lead a team of Service Managers providing after-sales service to our business customers in account enquiries and transactional fulfilment of Time Deposits, Loans & Remittances.
As a Team Manager, you will:

  • Monitor service performance real-time
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximise the productivity of resources
  • Create guidelines, goals, checkpoints, and objectives for Service Managers to improve productivity while also providing support and motivation
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Develop employee training standard
  • Handle escalation for client servicing issues
Qualifications
Who you are
  • Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in client service in corporate banking
  • 2 years of experience in leading a team of staff
  • Highly effective team management skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
