It is a very important role as he/she will set the tone and culture of the new team and directly affects the success of the sales people.We will be working closely to achieve growth and hit monthly sales target.Responsibilities of Team manager:
- Strong passion in leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team
- Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and recruitment of consultants.
- Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation.
- Conduct ongoing training of your salespeople.
- A recognized degree in a relevant field
- Experienced in managing a team is preferred
- Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the financial industry regulations & compliance requirements
- Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
