Job Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of Detica/NetReveal solutions, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Define and drive the functional and technical roadmap for financial crime and fraud management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, working closely with business and IT leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure agile/waterfall methodologies are effectively applied throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide functional expertise in financial crime detection, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring using NetReveal.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, rule development, and implementation of NetReveal modules.
• Drive data analysis and optimization of fraud detection models using NetReveal.
• Ensure integration of NetReveal with upstream/downstream systems and third-party applications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards (FATF, KYC, AML, GDPR, etc.).

• 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery within financial services or risk & compliance domains.
• Hands-on experience with Detica/NetReveal implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of financial crime detection, AML, and fraud prevention processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Expertise in functional and business analysis, defining use cases, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with data analytics, SQL, and ETL processes related to financial crime detection.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FATF, KYC, AML, and OFAC.
