Job Description
Infrastructure support & End user computing support
Responsibilities:
VIP Support Onsite support when required Governance of administrator, user accounts & access control Infrastructure Support: Microsoft Azure, M365, TrendMicro, Druva, HPE servers, VMWare, Cisco Router & Switches, Firewall Creation of new OS image with MDT, with bi-monthly maintenance Bi-monthly applications/software version maintenance if required Managing of vendors for security & policy deviation o Monthly servers patching & maintenance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills 2-3 years relevant experience.
