• run IT Office premises & Data Center Migration Projects in APAC
• partner with our experts across the organization
• plan, execute and track deliveries
• think strategically, that holds up over the long term
• managing potential project risk, issues and their dependencies and prevent them accordingly by taking the actions needed, ensure the project quality
• close collaboration with technical teams, vendors / 3rd parties and ensure timely and quality delivery
• ensure project governance structure, methodology usage and project reporting

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou\'ll be working in UBS Data Center Services (DCS) reporting to the DCS Delivery team in APAC. We run IT Infrastructure Programs- and Project for the UBS Real Estate & Data Center Consolidation and modernization globally. The projects are performed in close collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and regions.Your expertise

• a bachelor\'s degree with project management certification (like PMP, Prince)
• comprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure projects (Structured Cabling, Equipment/Hub Room, DC design and implementation)
• good level knowledge of On-Prem Infrastructure & enterprise unified communications collaboration solutions (e.g. Cisco, MTR, Polycom)
• experience in data networking (routing, switching) ,
• experience working with collaboration internal tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Teams
• skillful in maintaining documentation for projects, including the tracking of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), action logs and project deliverables.
