Tech Strategy

• Prepare business plan and proposals for senior leadership
• Design and drive group level tech strategy for regional ecommerce, digitalization and digitization, digital product and development, retail operations, and tech and data foundation

• Plan, schedule, track and drive plan, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for group level strategic initiatives
• Build expert-level understanding of the industry and the ecosystem, and deliver strategies to maintain and grow our digital and tech products & services in markets
• Design and monitor robust KPI for strategy and PMO to increase the visibility to the senior leadership
• Support and design future-proof foundation to support innovation, collaboration, and profitability
• Externally aware, keeping up with industry innovation. Track business model and technology advancement, and explore applications related to the retail and ecommerce

• Create proposals for digital and tech innovation and initiatives based on insightful studies
• Support and enforce governance processes. Prepare management and governance reporting tailored to the relevant audience

• Identify the potential areas for digital transformation to enable digital workplace. Develop and monitor KPI for digital transformation

• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation, change management for retail and ecommerce
• Executed key strategic initiatives and transformation to enable and support the digital business model, and support for various corporate functions and BUs
• Identify value-added recommendations and aligning with management and PMO. Work with PMO to design and enforce the process to internalize and improve practice in daily operations

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in strategy, planning, PMO supporting business processes and operations, or related field
• 2-3 years consulting experience will be an advantage
• Experience in handling multiple tasks is desired
• Strong organizational, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills

• A highly collaborative work style with the ability to work and manage in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
• Ability to think out-of-the-box

• Strategy experience will be an advantage
• Business plan and proposal knowledge will be an advantage
