In this role you will:



Support our Critical Infrastructure environment with focus on Active Directory Services, EntraID, Provisioning and Public Key Infrastructure, EntraID Connect Handle complex incident, problem and change management activities Perform risk and security self-assessments across our Critical Infrastructure platforms Support project delivery and transfer technical requirements into business solutions Design and implement service improvement solutions to our Critical Infrastructure environment Leverage automation and development technologies to execute operational stability and maintenance tasks

Your team

You will be working in the Active Directory and Critical Services Operations Team in Singapore, to provide regional and global support of our Critical Infrastructure across all business areas, leverages a diverse set of platforms and provides significant opportunities to gain valuable experience in some of the latest technology platforms.



You'll be joining highly skilled team with a great team spirit and collaboration in an innovative and positive work environment. We support individual development plans and training opportunities.

Your expertise

5+ years technical experience with Critical Infrastructure operations especially in Active Directory for enterprise environments Strong understanding of EntraID, Active Directory Federation Services, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft Identity & Entitlement Management and Provisioning Public Key Infrastructure & Certificate Template Management Solid understanding of monitoring, Windows Server, Hyper-V and PowerShell, scripting and automation expertise is beneficial Comprehensive knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies in complex organizations Strong experience of ITIL incident, problem and change management Experience with risk and audit aspects is advantageous
