SCOPE OF WORK AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR: - Supervise the group to ensure support is provided within the defined SLA.- Organize and make plan for the schedule of the team.- Monitor the day-to-day software and hardware related issues for desktop and laptop and escalate problems beyond the control of the team.- Prepare status reports (Daily/Weekly).- Assist the Desktop Support team in resolving hardware and software issues.- Track and route problems and request and document resolutions.- Identify complex and recurring problems and request and document resolutions.- Escalate situations requiring urgent attention to specific department or persons.- Follow standard helpdesk procedures.- Provide coaching/mentoring to DSE & HD within the team.SCOPE OF WORK AS TECHNICAL TRAINER: - attend training, learn and document- gather learning and training document as necessary- create training materials (eg. training presentation, lab and workshops)- perform orientation, training, coaching and mentoring- act as SME for application related supportQUALIFICATION: - A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses.
- Must have at least 2-4 years related experience.
- Good communication, technical, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
