Manage the daily operations of the Fleet Cell to ensure efficient ship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.
Ensure the Fleet Cell is adequately staffed with competent personnel.
Oversee vessel performance, maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and surveys.
Approve and monitor vessel budgets and major repair works.
Plan and monitor vessel visits to ensure compliance with management agreements.
Support incident and accident investigations and implement lessons learned.
