Technical Accountant (reinsurance/open To Big 4)

Job Description
My client, a leading Reinsurance company, is looking to hire a driven and ambitious Technical Accountant to join the team.Why apply:
- Be a main point of contact with clients to handle payments, receipting, debt collections, etc
- Be equipped with experience in front-of-the-line automation projects, which is a valuable skillset in today\'s Insurance market
- Gain exposure on a regional scale where you get to liaise with other technical accountants from other branches across APAC
- Perform end to end Technical Accounting activities, especially as a point of contact with the firm\'s Insurance clients
- Checking and processing reinsurance statements of accounts, handling deposits and claims
- Perform credit control activities
- Provide strategic input on key performance indicators related to balances and Statement of Accounts (SOA) through detailed data management and data analysis work
- Open to Big 4 Audit candidates looking to break into the Insurance field
- 3+ years experience in Finance/Accounting within Insurance
- Strong communication skills, ideally with demonstrated experience managing stakeholders
