Job Description
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in BS- Food Technology or related Fields
- with at least 2 years working experience in Technical Training in food industry.
- Experience in promoting bakery ingredients is an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu Bakers Lapu- Lapu City
- Conduct and/or coordinate seminar, workshops and individual training sessions.
- Develop educational materials, training programs & modules for clients
- Execute the training cycle, assess training & communication needs, plan, develop, coordination and evaluate training strategies.
- Handles the E-learning platform facilitate virtual trainings, social media tutorials.
- On-site parking
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
