Job Summary

The T24 Technical Lead (TA/AR - Payments) will act as a senior developer and technical expert for T24/TAFJ R23+, leading design and development of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) solutions for private banking payment flows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of T24/TAFJ R23+ components in a multi-company setup. Develop TPH solutions for instant payments, transfers, direct debits, standing orders, etc. Ensure development standards, Temenos SDLC, and best practices are followed. Work with integration frameworks (Services Framework, IRIS, MQ, Outbox Streaming, JBoss). Troubleshoot production issues and support platform stability. Review technical designs, guide developers, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with business, architects, PMs, and testing teams to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct impact analysis and ensure solutions meet security, infra, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

Mandatory

12+ years' experience as a T24/TAFJ Technical Lead with strong private banking and TPH development experience. Hands-on expertise in TPH (instant payments, domestic/international transfers, direct debits, standing orders). Proficient in Design Studio, GitLab, SQL Developer, JBoss, Temenos Unit Test Framework, AWA, JIRA. Strong understanding of T24 COB, Services & Integration Frameworks, Event Streaming. Experience in Safe Agile environments. Good knowledge of Oracle SQL concepts and basic Linux scripts.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Securities, Derivatives, Forex, AA, Fees & Taxes. Experience with T24 upgrades, data migration, and cloud environments. Stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience.
