Job Description

Responsible for technical discussions regarding Data Centre products, negotiating tenders, designing overall solutions and procedures, and participating in the acceptance and internal verifications of testings.





Main Responsibilities:


1. Project coordination management, solution development, bid preparation, and management of documents involved during the process.


2. Project product development management.


3. Management of project debugging technical support, coordination of project resources, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.


4. Control project costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure reasonable use of the project budget.


5. Responsible for technical coordination with designing , construction units, and suppliers to ensure the solution is implemented effectively.


6. Supervise engineering acceptance and delivery to ensure the project meets design standards and industry requirements.


7. Organize technical training to improve team expertise and optimize engineering management processes.





Requirements:


A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Applicants for the senior role should currently be in a deputy department-level leadership position (Technical Deputy Manager), with at least 2 years of experience at this level. Applicants for the deputy department-level position should have at least 5 years of work experience within the company. Experience with the full process of Data Centre project implementation is preferred.


Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in Office software, English proficiency at CET-4 level or above, able to read and write technical documents, and communicate in business settings. Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred so as to liase with our stakeholders in China.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


1. Project Coordination Timeliness: The proportion of projects where the technical solution is formed in a timely manner compared to total projects, target 95%.


2. Product Development Accuracy: The ratio of correct products developed in the project compared to the total number of products developed, target 95%.


3. BOM Design Timeliness: The timely rate of project BOM design completion, target 95%.


4. Internal Confirmation Participation Rate: The degree of internal participation in the acceptance and confirmation of equipment, target 95%.
