Responsibilities & Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min 6 years of End-to-End Integration deliverables including Veeva CRM application and all its upstream/downstream integrations.
• Experience in LS domain with Veeva CRM Application.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud based products including Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing cloud and Salesforce Service cloud.
• Strong ETL Informatica expertise with Oracle Database/SOQL Workbench.
• Experience in using Version Control tool /Agile tool - GITHUB /JIRA
• Prior experience working with - SMEs/Stakeholders of various source systems.
• Data migration and integration specialist.
• Ensure status reporting to all the stakeholders.
• Proficient in Oracle Database complex SQL queries.
• Understand the existing CE processes, multiple environments, key stakeholders, and their roles in the engagements.
• Participate in project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers.
• Managing & tracking defects and conduct Defect Triage Call (with RCA).
• Track overall project health and publish status report will all stakeholders.
• Own the different phases of Build, SIT, UAT Support, Defect management & co-ordinate with internal team for resolution.
• Performing operational activities related to CE integration, example - DB data update in production with the help of RMO team.
• Support all the technical issues of Client In-house Operational Data Source.
• Act as a coordinator between the customer, AMS & development team
• Risk assessment and risk management.
