We're looking for a hands-on Technical Architect

to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across IAM, cloud-native systems, and AI. You'll lead cross-functional teams and play a key role in implementing secure, scalable, and modern applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and Lead End-to-End Solutions:

Design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing systems across IAM/IDM, microservices, and cloud-native applications.

Lead Technical Execution:

Provide hands-on leadership in full-stack development using Angular, React, Spring Boot, and Node.js; ensure high code quality through vibe coding and modern DevOps practices.

IAM/IDM Implementation:

Architect and implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions with a focus on ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS, IG), adaptive MFA, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and passwordless authentication.

Cloud Architecture & DevOps:

Lead the design and implementation of AWS and Azure cloud solutions, automate infrastructure using Terraform, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

Microservices & Event-Driven Systems:

Design resilient microservices architectures and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and modern API gateways (Kong, NGINX).

AI Strategy & Innovation:

Drive AI adoption within the organization by designing and deploying RAG-based AI agents and integrating AI into existing enterprise systems.

Mentor & Collaborate:

Guide cross-functional teams, promote engineering best practices, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure Security & Compliance:

Embed IAM governance, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PSD2) in all system designs.

Job Requirements:

Education:

o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related ?eld.

o Preferably 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.

Technical Expertise:

o Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM/IDM systems, particularly with ForgeRock stack (AM, IDM, DS, IG).

o Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, and Node.js.

o Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and identity federation protocols.

o Solid grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).

o In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps culture.

o Expertise in microservices, DDD, event-driven architectures, and API design using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.

AI & Innovation:

o Practical experience in building and deploying AI agents or RAG systems using LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks.

o Familiarity with modern LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) and AI development environments (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Soft Skills:

o Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities.

o Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Preferred:

o Certi?cations in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or ForgeRock IAM solutions.

o Exposure to AI agent frameworks like Phidata, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
