• Install, troubleshoot and repair high-end kitchen and bath appliances and systems, including but not limited to: ovens, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, and showers.
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
• Coordinate with clients, service managers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and service efficiency.
• Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of appliances and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a field service engineering role, preferably in the luxury kitchen and bath industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
