As a Technical Assistant Manager for planner, you will be managing a team of Design/Coordination Engineers - You will be responsible for the technical side of the Construction projects in Singapore:

My Client is a well-known MainCon company, who is one of the leading builder in Singapore. They worked on an extensive range of projects - Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail. The client ensures to incorporate sustainability, safety, and quality as part of their branding and service value.

• Manage a team of Design/Coordination Engineers. Lead the team in coordinate design drawings with relevant consultants to comply with requirements.
• Review and provide solutions to technical issues as well as planning, monitoring, and reporting work progress for building & civil projects
• Provide guidance in preparing technical submissions for materials, construction methods and Civil and Structural shop drawings
• Lead the team in resolving construction issues on drawings and liaising closely with relevant teams like Architectural, M&E teams and the authorities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with minimum 10 years\' relevant working experience with contractors
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
• Preferred experience working within LTA rail & road structures protection zones
