:Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Assist in the preparation and management of technical documentation, reports, and records related to vessel operations.xc2xb7 Support the Technical Manager/Superintendent in monitoring vessel maintenance, dry-docking, and repair schedules.xc2xb7 Coordinate procurement of spare parts, equipment, and consumables for vessels in compliance with company policies.xc2xb7 Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates of maintenance logs, safety reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.xc2xb7 Assist in tracking and updating vessel certificates, inspections, and class approvals.xc2xb7 Liaise with suppliers, shipyards, and service providers to facilitate technical support and procurement.xc2xb7 Maintain a database of spare parts and inventory for efficient stock management.xc2xb7 Provide administrative support for technical teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.xc2xb7 Assist in incident reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions as per company safety policies.xc2xb7 Stay updated on maritime regulations, industry standards, and best practices.RequirementsRequirements:xc2xb7 Bachelors degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.xc2xb7 Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime, shipping, or offshore industry.xc2xb7 Technical Skills & Knowledge:xc2xb7 Familiarity with vessel operations, maintenance schedules, and classification society requirements.xc2xb7 Knowledge of ship technical systems, spare parts, and procurement processes.xc2xb7 Proficiency in using fleet management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).xc2xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.xc2xb7 Effective communication and teamwork skills.Clarence KhohR1552376xe2x80x8b
