Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24\xc3\x977 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.

Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Technical Business Analyst, Private Markets Solutions?

• Support projects and initiatives in the area of Private Market (Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure & ISG), and Corporate and Investment Tax that cuts across multiple jurisdictions (Singapore, US, Europe and others).
• Be responsible for designing and delivering creative solutions that incorporate Appian and other technologies (modern API platform, messaging infrastructure, databases, etc). You will use a combination of agile and planned approaches to provide innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of the private markets business.
• Analyze, conceptualize & develop solutions that meet business requirements and enhance business capabilities
• Validate solutions with engineering, architecture, and IT security & risk teams, deconflicts where required
• Present solution to business and IT stakeholders to explain how the solution addresses their business requirements
• Conduct System Integration Tests, coordinate with business users and provide support on User Acceptance Tests
• Prepare training materials and user manuals; and conduct trainings to users before system launch and provide close support to system users in the adoption of the new system
• Keeping up-to-date with Appian platform updates and new features

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in technology business analysis, process efficiency & automation, and hands-on experience with developing application in Appian
• Possesses strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently
• Hands-on experience in Appian including SAIL, Process Modeler, Designer, Rules and integration with other systems, including experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong understanding of Appian best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Appian administration and deployment processes.
• Experience with ETL/ELT process, SQL & API
• Experience in Agile Methodology skills with strong delivery mindset, and practices such as Scrum, Kanban or Test-Driven Development
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Good to have Experience in data management/ operations in private market
• Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices
• Good to have hands-on technical skills and good competency in the following:

• React.js and other JavaScript framework/libraries,
• C# (.Net Core), Python, or Java
• Database technologies such as Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
