A Technical COE Director, APAC job has become available at one of the global medical device companies.

About the Technical COE Director, APAC Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior VP, this is a newly created headcount. You will be leading the development of frameworks to ensure best technical service practice. This role will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop COE model to improve technical service flow
• Develop framework to improve customer experience while optimising cost
• Understand challenge faced within the region and develop solution to improve service
• Be responsible for change management projects and transformative projects
• Develop measuring tool to assess service improvement
• Facilitate cross function collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery

To succeed in this Technical COE Director, APAC job, you must have a strategic mindset and experience in setting up COE or transformation projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical service/training experience
• Experience in setting up COE or transformation projects
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong leadership characteristics
• Ability to work cross collaborative with strong problem solving skills
